Payment Policy
We receive inquiries about class registration right up until the class starts. Therefore, payment for classes must be made in full up front in order to guarantee your spot in the class. All payments must be received a minimum of three weeks prior to the class starting. If payments are not received you will not be considered registered.
Last minute spots may be available. Please speak with the registrar to see if there are any last minute spots that may be suitable for you.
Payment can be received via cash or cheque. Cheques are to be made out to the instructor.

Cancellation Policy
If you choose to withdraw from the class and there are more than two weeks prior to the start of the class, a $40.00 charge will be applied. When the $40.00 is received by the instructor or registrar your cheque will be returned to you. If you cancel sooner than 2 weeks, you will not receive a refund and your cheque will be processed. Exceptions to this due to medical reasons are made on an individual basis by our registrar.
